    As the COO and fifth employee of Wedu - a social enterprise providing mentorship and education financing to women leaders across Asia - I helped grow the organization from the founder’s grad school project into a multi-country operation with the capacity to support 1,000 women leaders.

    Over five years, Wedu expanded from offering two programs to a broad suite of services supporting leadership development at multiple stages and depths. Ensuring internal alignment of culture, processes and systems was essential to delivering a seamless, high-quality experience to the women leaders we served.

    As we scaled, I designed and managed all people management processes to ensure a meaningful and smooth employee experience; led multiple iterations of strategic planning, organizational design and management structures to strengthen cross-functional collaboration; and created a performance management framework that aligned organizational outcomes with individual growth and purpose.

  • UMass: Shaping Supplier Diversity in Higher Ed

    In 2023, I was brought in as an independent consultant to design and implement a comprehensive, multi-stakeholder Supplier Diversity Program for the University of Massachusetts system. The CPO had led several high-impact early initiatives, and there was a clear desire to make supplier diversity a higher priority by institutionalizing these early successes into a cohesive, multifaceted program.

    Initially, I worked with the leadership team to prioritize ideas and initiatives into a sustainable, integrated roadmap; operationalize process and system changes; and design communication strategies to support alignment across diverse stakeholders. My work included reshaping procurement processes and mindsets, developing playbooks and trainings to guide change management, and building data flows and reporting frameworks to improve transparency, accountability, and long-term program momentum.

When people are connected to purpose - individually and collectively - the result is more clarity, cohesion, and real impact.
