Hi y’all

I’m Vivian, a Certified Wayfinder Life Coach, yoga and breathwork guide, and lifelong student of what it means to live in alignment with one’s purpose.

As the oldest child of Taiwanese immigrants who came to the U.S. to pursue their Master’s degrees and the American dream, I grew up thinking there was only one blueprint for success: get good grades, get into a good school, land a stable job, and keep climbing. While I initially followed that path, I began hearing a quieter, persistent whisper calling me toward something different.

Since then, my journey has taken me across different careers, countries, and ways of living. Each step - from management consulting in the US, to social entrepreneurship in Asia, to independent consulting from the beach - has helped me uncover a deeper truth: fulfillment doesn’t come from following the “right” path, but from creating one that feels true.

During my years building early-stage, mission-driven teams from the ground up, I saw firsthand how systems and culture shape people’s experience at work. I loved creating structures that empowered people to thrive — spaces where operational clarity met genuine care for the humans behind the mission. That work continues to influence how I coach both individuals and organizations today.

When I was laid off in 2023, I saw it not as a setback, but as an opening — an opportunity to pursue what had been calling me for the past several years: becoming a life coach through Wayfinder, a method that blends mindset work, embodiment, and spirituality to help people live a life of more integrity.

Much like my own path - equal parts practical and intuitive, steady and adventurous - my coaching integrates structure and soul, conversation and inner work. Whether I’m working with an individual or an organization, I help bridge purpose and practice, aligning inner truth with outer action.

The right path - for you or your team - isn’t always the easiest one, but it’s the one that brings you closer to the freedom to be who you were meant to be.
