We’ll begin with a Discovery Call — a two-way conversation to see if we’re a good fit. I’ll help you understand whether coaching is the right tool for what you need and what you hope to accomplish or feel.
If we decide to work together, we’ll move into a series of coaching sessions geared toward your goals. And while we’ll have a direction, you’re always welcome to bring whatever is most present for you that day. There’s no formula here — your path is uniquely yours.

My approach to coaching stems from a belief that you already have the answers within. Through breathwork and coaching, I’ll help you access your inner wisdom, clarify what you truly want, and move forward with confidence. I may offer tools, frameworks, reflections, or observations — but the insights and decisions ultimately come from you.
Coaching also isn’t therapy — while we may talk about your past for context, our focus is on the present and the life you’re moving toward.

As a trained breathwork facilitator in the Pranayama tradition, I use breathwork to help you regulate your nervous system, move through stress, and settle into a state of clarity and calm. Purely optional, we can explore it as a standalone practice or weave it into a coaching session. Either way, breathwork can be a powerful way to quiet the noise, reconnect with yourself, and access what feels true.

For new clients, I offer 5-session packages. In an effort to keep coaching accessible, packages are priced on a sliding scale - you choose the tier that feels most aligned with your current circumstances:
$500 - Supported rate, for anyone who would benefit from a little financial ease
$625 - Sustainer rate, covers the full cost of coaching and supports the sustainability of my practice
$750 - Community rate, helps make the Supported rate possible for others
You may pay in full or in installments. Packages are typically used within 3-6 months.
Returning clients may purchase a new 5-session package at the same sliding scale, or book individual sessions at $115 / $135 / $155.
If these amounts feel out of reach for any reason, I hold 1-2 scholarship spaces at a time. Please reach out — no questions asked.

You don’t need a major transition to benefit from coaching; sometimes the most powerful work comes from subtle internal shifts.
